What materials are your silver charms made from?
All of our silver charms are made from premium 925 sterling silver. This ensures a look which remains clean, bold and attractive at all times. All of our silver charms are independently assessed by an assay office to ensure they meet our strict quality standards. You can read more about our hallmarking here.
How soon will I receive my order?
At checkout you will be presented with a number of different options for your silver charms bracelet delivery. We offer a free shipping option on all orders, but we can also deliver next day if you need your bracelet in a hurry. You can decide which delivery method you would prefer at checkout.
Which size bracelet is most suitable?
Our silver charm bracelets come in a range of different sizes – simply select your preferred size. If you’re unsure, the average size for a ladies bracelet is 7.5 inches so we would recommend you choose this length.
How many charms can I fit onto the bracelet?
You can fit up to 20 silver charms on each bracelet. It’s entirely down to personal choice and preference how many charms you should have on yours – which is what makes charms bracelets so special in the first place.
Do your Charms fit onto Pandora Bracelets & Links of London Bracelet’s?
Yes, all of our silver Charms have been designed to fit onto both Pandora bracelet’s and Links of London bracelet’s.
How do I take care of my new silver charms bracelet?
Our silver charms bracelets are made from premium sterling silver which means they can naturally tarnish over time with wear. Although you can wear your bracelet in water, we would always advise wherever possible to avoid this and ensure that you dry your charms and bracelet as thoroughly as possible upon leaving any water. Always try to avoid leaving your silver charms bracelet out in direct sunlight (e.g. by windows) for prolonged periods. To clean, simply use a soft cloth, and some warm soapy water – rinse and dry throughly.
Can I return the charms bracelet?
Yes of course, if you decide that you no longer want your charms bracelet you can return it for either an exchange or a full refund. Please read our returns policy here for further information.
